🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Working one-to-one or in small groups to help pupils reach their full potential
* Assisting with classroom activities, lesson preparation and school trips
* Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting emotional wellbeing
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* A degree in any subject (Psychology, Criminology, English, Sports Science and Sociology are particularly valued)
* A genuine passion for working with children and young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy and a proactive attitude
* A desire to make a difference and learn on the job
