Job Purpose To maximise the visibility of the business to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the organisations core values of Service, Quality and Value are upheld across all marketing activity. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate, and effective promotion of the companys services across multiple service areas, including training, assessment, qualifications, and sourced training solutions. Key Responsibilities The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of day-to-day marketing activity and will: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement a marketing plan that supports the overall business strategy. Coordinate and maintain the marketing plan, ensuring activities are delivered on time and in line with business priorities. Manage all marketing channels including website, digital platforms, press, and direct communications. Develop, manage, and maintain company branding guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and produce monthly KPI and performance reports. Write and distribute engaging press releases and marketing content for online and print publication. Create and distribute regular newsletters for internal teams, associates/suppliers, and customers. Support sales and business development activity through customer communications and promotion of service availability. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming marketing-related emails and telephone enquiries. Support internal teams and external partners to ensure all materials and outputs comply with brand guidelines. Organise and coordinate company events, including internal engagement activities and relevant industry exhibitions. Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and regularly updated. Liaise with SEO suppliers to maximise keyword presence in line with business objectives. Produce marketing presentations and video content to support training courses and service delivery. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in marketing coordination or support, ideally in a service-led or B2B environment. Strong multi-channel marketing knowledge (digital, web, press, direct communications). Experience managing websites, SEO, and external suppliers. Excellent written and verbal communication, producing content such as press releases, newsletters, and presentations. Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to maintain brand consistency across all materials. Comfortable supporting sales initiatives, events, and internal/external campaigns. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools. Confident, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
