About the Role
As a Production Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality production output. You'll be responsible for powder sieving, blending, and packing processes-helping deliver consistent, high-standard products.

What You'll Be Doing
* Following standard operating procedures to ensure smooth production processes
* Carrying out powder sieving, blending, and packing to required specifications
* Performing in-process quality checks (particle size distribution)
* Completing production and quality documentation accurately
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness to prevent contamination
* Supporting daily production targets and team KPIs
* Identifying process improvements and reporting maintenance needs
* Ensuring safe working practices and environmental compliance at all times

* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
* Good understanding of health & safety practices
* Basic IT skills and attention to detail
* Ability to problem-solve and suggest improvements
