What You'll Do:
Supervise and support a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the store
Manage daily schedules, duties, and shift coverage
Carry out regular inspections and respond to any cleaning issues quickly and efficiently
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
What We're Looking For:
Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory role
Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Reliable, punctual, and approachable
Flexible to work weekends, with Thursdays off
