We’re working with a warm, inclusive SEN Unit in Barnet that is seeking a calm, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The children you’ll support have a range of special educational needs, and each has their own strengths, challenges, and ways of communicating. They need adults who can follow personalised plans, encourage independence, and adapt learning and interactions to suit their individual profiles.
