The role:
As an Operations Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of the pension-finding process. You'll be a key part of a small but high-impact team ensuring customers get the support and results they need, quickly, clearly, and accurately.
What you'll be doing:
1. Own the end-to-end pension finding journey for customers
2. Keep users informed and supported throughout the process
3. Research and investigate pension schemes via providers and employers
4. Make outbound calls and gather key information
5. Keep accurate records and spot ways to improve how they work
