This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation, playing a key role in producing accurate and commercially competitive estimates across a range of projects.
Working closely with commercial, operational, and pre-construction teams, the successful candidate will support bid activities, contribute to pricing strategy, and help drive overall project success within a technically demanding environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and review accurate cost estimates and quotations for high‑voltage electrical infrastructure projects
* Support tender submissions, bid reviews, and commercial proposals to ensure competitive and commercially viable pricing
* Work closely with project delivery, commercial, and pre‑construction teams throughout the bid process
* Review market rates, supplier pricing, and subcontractor quotations to maintain competitiveness and margin performance
* Assist with cost planning, cashflow forecasting, and commercial reporting activities
* Support continuous improvement across estimating processes, including post‑project reviews and lessons learned
* Attend client meetings, bid discussions, and site visits where required
Requirements
* Proven experience within HV electrical estimating or infrastructure estimating environments
* Strong understanding of utility, electrical, or infrastructure project delivery
* Commercial awareness with experience supporting cost control and margin management
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced commercial environment
