About the Role
As Product Manager at Neoflow, you will own key product areas that enable our multi-jurisdictional operations across traditional finance and digital assets. Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll build features at the intersection of banking, payments, and crypto that maintain the highest standards while enabling our continued expansion.
What You’ll Do:
Build Product Infrastructure
• Define and execute product roadmap for multi-currency banking, payments, or crypto services
• Design features that scale across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks
• Work with Engineering to build sophisticated infrastructure that enables complex operations
Drive Product Strategy
• Monitor product evolution across our financial services and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams to embed user needs into product architecture
• Build relationships with banking partners and service providers across key markets (EU, UK, Americas, MENA)
Own User Experience
• Conduct user research with banking and payment teams at enterprise-level operations
• Develop product features that solve real problems for sophisticated financial operations
• Create product documentation and support materials that make complex features accessible
Scale Product Operations
• Define success metrics and track product performance across multiple markets
• Continuously prioritize feature development aligned with business strategy
Who You Are:
Product Expert - 3-5+ years in product management for fintech, payments, or banking with deep expertise in financial infrastructure
Strategic Thinker - You understand how to build products that enable sophisticated operations across fiat and digital currencies
Multi-Jurisdictional Experience - Comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments across different markets and frameworks
Detail-Oriented - Methodical and organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative Leader - Strong communication skills with the ability to work across Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and executive teams
Bonus: Experience with payment infrastructure, crypto/digital asset products, or working with banking partners and financial service providers
