Job Description

3. Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
4. Maintain and update recruitment databases and records with accuracy.
5. Assist in drafting and reviewing job descriptions and advertisements.
6. Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
7. Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and organising induction programmes.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and organisational policies.
9. Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
10. Respond to recruitment-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Recruitment Administrator should have:

11. Experience in administrative or recruitment support roles.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage recruitment tasks efficiently.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with candidates and stakeholders.
14. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
15. Familiarity with recruitment software and Microsoft Office applications.
16. An understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
