What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working with students with special educational needs (previous experience preferred, but not essential).

* An understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet students' needs.

* Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with SEN.

* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Why Work With Us?

* Competitive pay and flexible working hours to fit your lifestyle.

* Variety of opportunities for part-time and full-time positions across primary schools in the Grays area.

* Ongoing professional development through free, accredited courses in a variety of SEN-related topics.
