PMLD Care Support Worker
Location: £89 - £103
Contract: Full-time / Part-time considered

Are you compassionate and skilled in supporting individuals with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)? We are seeking dedicated Care Support Workers to join a specialist further education setting supporting young people aged 16 to 25 with complex needs.
Role Responsibilities:
* Provide personalised care and support tailored to the needs of individuals with PMLD
* Assist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, feeding, and communication
* Support access to educational and therapeutic programmes, promoting independence and wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including therapists and educators
* Maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment at all times
* Monitor and report on individuals’ progress and wellbeing

* Experience working with individuals with profound and multiple learning difficulties or similar complex needs
* Patient, empathetic, and able to build trusting relationships
* Strong communication skills, including alternative communication methods
* Team player with flexibility and reliability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
