Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly credible Senior Clinician to provide visible clinical leadership within our Integrated Care service. This is a pivotal role, combining hands-on advanced clinical practice with responsibility for the professional leadership, performance and development of a multidisciplinary clinical workforce.
Working in close partnership with Operations Managers and clinical leadership colleagues, the post holder will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based care across both remote and face-to-face settings. The role requires confident clinical decision making, excellent judgement and the ability to support clinicians managing complex, high-risk presentations in real time.
Alongside a clinically active caseload, the Senior Clinician will lead clinical standards, restorative supervision, performance review and continuous professional development, fostering a culture of learning, accountability and compassionate leadership. The role also contributes to service improvement, clinical audit, education and the development of innovative models of care aligned to Value-Based Health Care principles.
This post operates within a 24/7 rostered service and offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious clinician committed to advancing practice, developing others and shaping the future of integrated and remote clinical care.
