This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans for children and young people aged 0–25, ensuring that each plan is outcome-focused, person-centred, and compliant with statutory requirements. You’ll work collaboratively with families, schools, colleges, health and social care professionals to ensure that every young person has the right support in place to thrive and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of EHC Plan development, maintenance, reviews, and amendments.
