We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Hospice Ward Manager within St Peters Hospice to lead our dedicated multidisciplinary team and ensure the highest standards of specialist palliative and end-of-life care. As the Hospice Ward Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our 15-bed unit, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and holistic care to patients and their families. This is a pivotal leadership role, combining clinical excellence with people management, service development, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
