Overview
We are a well-established, family-run kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom company based in Norfolk, known for our high-quality, handcrafted products. As our business continues to grow, we require a skilled Wood Machinist to join our workshop team
Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain machining equipment.
* Interpret technical drawings and CAD designs to create precise components.
* Use power tools and hand tools effectively for machining tasks.
* Set up tooling and fixtures for production runs.
* Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Ability to perform basic mathematics for measurements and calculations.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. (Not essential for the right candidate as training will be given.)
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machines effectively. (Not essential for the right candidate as training will be given.)

Pay: £13.25 – £14.50 Per Hour
