Health, Safety and Environmental Manager
£54,013 per annum
The Role
This is a key, high profile position, responsible for championing and driving forward Health, Safety and Environment within the College, to meet changing legislative requirements and to ensure a safe and sustainable environment for staff and students.
What are we looking for?
You’ll have solid experience in an HSE role within a medium-to-large organisation, along with a strong track record of delivering meaningful results. You’ll be confident in developing and rolling out new health and safety initiatives, as well as carrying out a wide range of risk assessments.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and can bring people with them, even when leading change. You’ll need to be resilient, organised and comfortable juggling deadlines, all while maintaining a calm, solution‑focused approach. Just as importantly, you’ll have the confidence and credibility to influence senior leaders and help drive a positive safety culture across the organisation.
