Close to St Helens / Wigan (2 days on-site / 3 days WFH) + ad hoc client travel

We’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join their growing team and take ownership of a portfolio of c.20–25 clients. In this role you’ll develop trusted partnerships with business leaders, offering day-to-day HR support through to strategic input, and everything in between.

What you’ll be doing
Providing day-to-day HR and ER advice across a wide variety of sectors and scenarios
* Managing complex ER cases with confidence and commercial awareness
* Supporting clients with policy development and best practice guidance
* Advising on HR strategy, project work and change initiatives
* Building long-term relationships as a trusted business partner and extension of each client’s HR function
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Strong ER expertise and sound understanding of employment law
* Ideally prior experience working within a HR Consultancy
* Proven experience in HR business partnering and stakeholder management
* The confidence to advise, challenge, and influence with credibility
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach
* The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, varied environment
