About Our Client

Job Description
3. Support the maintenance and optimisation of the organisation's technology infrastructure.
4. Ensure smooth deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges effectively.
6. Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or adjustments.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
8. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of systems and processes.
9. Ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards.
10. Participate in planning and executing infrastructure improvement projects.
The Successful Applicant
11. Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
12. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, or equivalent
13. Strong technical expertise across core infrastructure, including networking, servers, end-user computing, and site technologies
14. Solid understanding of network services (DHCP, DNS, IP) and advanced troubleshooting techniques
15. Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices, including incident and problem management
16. Experience working in a field-based role, including travel, site access, and health & safety considerations
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
