Care Manager – Live-in Care Derby (with occasional travel) Salary: Competitive (DOE) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Manager – Live-in Care to play a key role in the mobilisation and development of a new Live-in Care service for an established, high-quality homecare provider. This role will be instrumental in building, launching, and managing Live-in Care packages, ensuring the highest standards are maintained from day one. Key Responsibilities Support the mobilisation and launch of a new Live-in Care service Oversee and manage all Live-in Care packages across the region Develop and manage rotas, staffing arrangements, and service delivery plans Provide supervision, support, and oversight across all live-in care packages Ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centred care delivery at all times Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery Support care delivery where required during mobilisation and service growth Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards Contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of the Live-in Care model Requirements Previous experience in homecare or live-in care services Strong understanding of care delivery and operational coordination Experience managing rotas and care packages (essential) Clinical background is desirable but not essential Strong organisational and leadership skills Ability to work flexibly and travel nationally when required Hands-on, adaptable approach to service mobilisation What’s on Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Flexible and remote working options available Opportunity to lead and shape a new Live-in Care service Strong organisational support and leadership backing Genuine opportunity for long-term progression as the service expands If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and have the leadership skills to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
