We’re excited to announce multiple ongoing positions for passionate tutors dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND).

Our mission is to enhance the educational experiences of children facing challenges such as Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD). Your Role as a SEN / SEND Tutor:

* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with various educational needs.
* Support students referred by local authorities and schools, helping them navigate their educational and social-emotional journeys.
* Utilize flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed approaches to tutoring and mentoring.


Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver tailored sessions that meet the unique needs of each student.
* Create engaging and holistic learning experiences that foster educational and emotional growth.
* Document progress through lesson reports and provide constructive feedback.


What We’re Looking For:

* Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS).
* A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs.
* Knowledge of safeguarding processes.
* Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this).
* Two professional references.
* Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.

Note: It’s essential that you promote the health, safety, and well-being of children and adhere to safeguarding policies at all times.


Employment Details:

* This role is structured as a Worker engagement, providing short-term opportunities as they arise.
* You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE.
* No guaranteed work hours or expense coverage.
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
* This is not a self-employed tutoring position.

* Educational Therapist
* Speech and Language Therapist
* Educational Psychologist
* Inclusion Coordinator
