We’re looking for a Document Controller to join our Neath Port Talbot Hospital team based in Neath Port Talbot.
Location: Site Based – Neath Port Talbot Hospital, remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required. Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail‑oriented professional who thrives on creating structure and ensuring excellence in document management as we prepare for the PFI project expiry.
What will you be responsible for?
* Managing and maintaining the Document Management System, ensuring all records are structured, version‑controlled and compliant with contractual requirements.
* Conducting thorough audits of documentation relating to capital works, maintenance records, drawings and service reports, developing action plans to address any gaps.
* Coordinating the migration and digitisation of archive documentation, ensuring seamless upload to the DMS.
* Collaborating with stakeholders in Handback meetings, preparing management information and supporting the transition process.
* Providing administrative and helpdesk support, ensuring continuity of site operations.
What are we looking for?
* Articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills, confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent organisational abilities and can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
* Proactive, professional approach with a positive, can‑do attitude.
* Experience with SharePoint and other data management platforms.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly MS Excel.
