We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade in addition to our current team due to continued growth & success at the Antrobus Arms in Antrobus, near Northwich.
Requirements for our Chef de Partie
* Minimum of 2 years Professional Kitchen experience.
* Minimum of 1 year Chef de Partie experience.
* Professional Cookery Qualifications
* Food Safety Level 2
Responsibilities of our Chef de Partie
* Collaborate with Sous & Head Chef and support junior colleagues.
* Offer creative input to menus and specials.
* Support with ordering, purchasing and stock control.
* Maintain an efficient, safe and harmonious working environment.
* Contribute to the development of junior colleagues.
* Communicate with Front of House colleagues.
