What you'll do
As an Insight Executive within Customer Insights, your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with stakeholders from the CR&S teams to understand their insight requirements and provide key business insights from a customer perspective. This will involve using data tools and conducting research to answer critical business questions and presenting your findings in a clear and engaging manner. You will act as a vocal advocate for the customer voice and market understanding within these stakeholder groups, partnering with other members of the insight team to leverage data and insights and collaborate on various projects. In addition, you will work closely with internal ADA teams, data providers, and research agencies, managing project elements to achieve desired outcomes. Your role will also involve analysing multiple data sources to create coherent stories and outcomes, project management, and promoting the use of customer insight across the organisation. Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the customer voice within the business and driving the success of the company through strategic insights and data-driven decision-making.

As an Insight Executive within Customer Insights at Sainsbury's, you are a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research approaches. With your ability to distil and analyse large amounts of data to create a coherent story, you play a crucial role in informing key business decisions from a customer perspective. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders in the CR&S team to understand their insight requirements and deliver actionable insights through data tools and research. Your strong project management skills, stakeholder management abilities, and knack for building deep relationships allow you to effectively prioritise and manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of projects. As an advocate for the customer voice, you bring a proactive and enthusiastic approach to conveying insights and driving a strong sense of customer and commercial focus within the organisation.
