Preston College is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Services Officer to support the operation, maintenance and development of its network and systems infrastructure. Working within ICT Services, the role involves providing second-line support across on-premise and cloud platforms, assisting with Microsoft 365, server and network administration, and supporting upgrades, monitoring and service improvement activities that underpin teaching, learning and business operations.

Job Title: Network Services Officer
Salary: Job family Group 4 - From SCP22 (£30,704) up to SCP26
(£34,462 ) (depending on qualifications and experience). There
will be an opportunity for progression within this pay range.
Hours: 37 hours per week, 1.0 FTE
