A Bit About Us

Beavertown began life 12 years ago in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, northeast London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Enfield. Alongside our micro-brewery at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.


Now, we’re happily brewing loads of great beer - for everyone to enjoy - anywhere in the universe...although tastes best when drank on Earth. So, if you’re after some tasty beer with a difference you’ve come to the right place.

The Role

Fancy joining an innovative company where you will focus on growing Beavertown’s 2 national wholesale partners? Working alongside the wholesale NAM & focusing on London, you will be responsible for implementing strategic joint business plans. Collaborating with key routes to market to increase Beavertown’s distribution and value share. We want you to be famous for what you do and how you do it. We have a true passion for our beers and how we show up in accounts, creating true added value for our customers and growing our brand relevance within the eyes of our consumers.


There will be a requirement to optimise partnerships and connectivity within our partners sales teams, to deliver growth in both high volume & multiple operator venues. This role requires someone with the ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders and bring them on our brand journey.


Ultimately, this is a role that has the customer and the consumer at the heart of everything we do. In a fast paced on trade environment, where you have the autonomy to make a difference and drive significant value growth through rate of sale and new distribution.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Practical experience working as a National Account Executive focusing specifically on Wholesale within the drinks and beverage industry
* Growing Beavertown’s distribution and value share in 2 national wholesale customers.
* Forging strong relationships, being an effective communicator and delivering on commitments.
* By being a category champion, you’ll become a trusted advisor for our partners within the craft & premium category, establishing close ties & ways of working with route to market representatives.
* Identifying customer objectives, strategies and plans, to align with our objectives and create collaborative business plans which drive mutual value.
* Selling our brand first, always, but also using your commercial capability to demonstrate to operators the benefits of stocking Beavertown beers.
* Creating new and innovative trade marketing initiatives within your customer base to increase awareness & advocacy of the brand.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting and data entry into the relevant systems.
* Utilise category data and insight to keep up to date with market trends and act accordingly, executing brand strategies in the market.
* Track and report customer buying trends to Sales and Production management.
* Being a custodian of the brand, ensuring Beavertown brands are executed perfectly at every distribution point.
* Host Beavertown Brewery training sessions, tastings as well as customer and consumer centric events; this will require some evening & weekend work.
* Maintain all sales goals and personal budgets outlined to you.
* Commerciality and clear evidence of demonstrating our value proposition to customers.
* Seek out beer related educational opportunities and keep up to date by reading industry publications.
* Other duties as intermittently assigned by your manager.
* As a result of all of the above, the expectation is for you to spend 80% of time in the market, with some travel nationally.
