Due to the nature of the site, an additional level of security clearance is required. Therefore, applicants must be aBritish Nationaland havelived in the UK for at least 5 years. This is essential to meet the specific security requirements of the role.

Job Description
What you’ll do:
* Meet, greet and assist visitors/staff/contractors.
* Carry out regular site patrols, focusing on health & safety and security.
* Ensuring compliance with government regulations.
* Assist in an emergency i.e. site evacuation and conduct staff searches where required.
* Always maintain an alert and vigilant approach, to ascertain any potential threats or changes within the work environment and take the appropriate steps to reduce disruption, loss or damage.
* Maintain accurate logs/records of all visitors, staff, contractors, couriers, activities and incidents.
* Ensure that there is a thorough handover after each shift between Security personnel.
Qualifications
What we need from you:
* A currentDoor Supervisor’s (DS) license or a commitment to achieving this with our support.
* Ability totravel to site (no further than 30 miles commute).
* Flexibilityto work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends.
* Right to work in the UKwith a 5-year checkable history (enhanced screening required).
* Must be aBritish Nationaland have lived in the UK for the past 5 years (this is due to the nature of the site and the requirement for additional screening)
* Proficient in written and speaking English language.
