The Opportunity
Were seeking a visionary Co-founder (CMO) - Marketing & Growth to lead global user acquisition and brand strategy. This equity-based role offers a chance to shape RoboInvest from the ground up, driving market presence and growth. Youll build our brand, scale our user base, and establish us as a trusted AI investment leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Growth Strategy: Craft and execute a global go-to-market plan for MVP launch and scaling, targeting diversified stock market investors.
* Performance Marketing: Launch high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads, Telegram, X, and Reddit, optimizing for measurable results.
* Content & SEO: Develop blogs, videos, and whitepapers on AI investing and passive income, boosting organic visibility.
* Community Building: Grow and engage communities on social platforms to foster trust and advocacy.
* Partnerships: Secure collaborations with fintech influencers and publications.
* Affiliate Management: Optimize the referral system for viral growth.
* Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent, compelling communication of our value proposition.
* Analytics: Define KPIs, track performance, and refine strategies with data insights.
* Collaboration: Align with CEO/CTO on product timelines and feature launches (ROBO, VIP).
Required Skills & Experience
* 3-6+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or user acquisition (FinTech/Crypto/Investment preferred).
* Proven success with high-ROI campaigns on limited budgets.
* Fluent English with strong communication skills for a sophisticated audience.
* Expertise in SEO, content, social media, and performance marketing.
* Analytical, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset for a lean startup.
* Bonus: Knowledge of investing, AI/ML in finance, or crypto; experience with affiliate programs/community building.
Commitment & Compensation
* Equity: 10-15% stake with 4-year vesting (1-year cliff), reflecting your foundational role.
* No Initial Salary: Pre-revenue phase requires a vision-driven partner.
* Performance Income: Competitive salary kicks in at $10,000-15,000 MRR, ensuring sustainable growth.
