About the Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate, customer-focused Veterinary Surgeon to become an integral part of a friendly and professional surgery. You’ll provide excellence in clinical care while delivering outstanding customer service. Your role will include preventive care, treatment of sick and injured pets, and a strong focus on promoting overall pet wellbeing.

What we’re looking for
* Veterinary Surgeon with at least 3 years’ experience in a clinical environment
* Strong general practice skills and a real passion for pet wellbeing
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine team player, able to collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical team members
* A proactive approach to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Flexibility
* Full-time role typically on a 4-day week with a consistent day off to support a healthy work-life balance
* Shifts are 9 hours long, combining consulting and surgical duties
* Dedicated hour per day for administrative tasks
* Weekend rota is 1-in-4
* Flexible working patterns are considered to support your individual needs

This independent, well-established Bristol practice has a supportive and friendly team led by an experienced Head Vet, alongside skilled nurses and a dedicated Client Experience Team.
