My client is a leading provider of IT support services. Their core competency lies in delivering bespoke solutions for small to medium-sized businesses, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. They are currently after a second line support engineer.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd line support for escalated incidents and service requests.
* Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, and core IT systems.
* Manage user accounts, access, and email (M365/Exchange).
* Deliver remote support with occasional on-site client visits.
* Resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
* Assist with IT projects, migrations, and upgrades.
Key Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in an MSP environment.
* Wants to get stuck into a fast-paced, diverse environment.
* Up to 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays).
