Working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week from 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunch. * Hybrid or remote working available. * Salary of £28,000 * 27 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays * Private Medical * Life Assurance * Discretionary Annual Bonus * Pension Scheme * Employee Assistance Programme * Preferential rates for financial services * Other perks and benefits Within this role you will work as part of a friendly team, closely supporting the Paraplanner and Financial Advisors in the business, and ensuring client's receive an exceptional service at all times, coordinating administrative tasks and other ad-hoc tasks on a daily basis. * Handling client communications and enquiries via email and phone, providing high standards of service whilst building strong relationships with partners and other contacts. * Accurately manage administration tasks and client records to ensure compliance protocols are followed, records are up to date and all requests are logged. * Supporting with diary management and coordinating appointments * Processing updates to client records, handling documents and collating information to update client packs (mixture of both paper and digital) * Assist with compliance tasks * Ensuring smooth journeys for all clients and that every interaction is managed in a positive manner We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years existing experience within an IFA/ financial services, who are confident managing their own workload with strong organisational and prioritisation skills, high levels of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a friendly team-working attitude and ability to use intiative.
