The team consists of the Head of Learning Support/SENCo, a Learning Support Teacher and two Learning Support Assistants, working from a Learning Support Hub and collaborating closely to provide support to pupils on the Learning Support register and teachers as required. Teamwork plays an important role within the department: staff enjoy enhancing the student experience by sharing good practice, resources, and ideas. We are looking for a well‑qualified graduate with QTS and, preferably, a Level 7 Certificate in Testing for Examinations Access Arrangements (TEAA). The candidate must demonstrate an active commitment to the values and expectations of our school community and to the welfare of the pupils within it. Enthusiasm to lead co‑curricular activities and to further enhance the student experience beyond the classroom is an important quality.
