About the Role
Abbott Lyon is looking for a performance-driven Content Creator to join our Digital Team.
This role sits at the heart of our paid acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for creating high-converting, scroll-stopping content designed specifically for paid social channels. While aesthetic quality is essential, this role is ultimately about performance - driving engagement, improving CTR, increasing CVR and supporting revenue growth.
Reporting directly to the Creative Strategist, you will translate data, testing insights and campaign briefs into compelling, native-first creative. You'll shoot and edit predominantly on iPhone, producing agile, reactive content that feels platform-native and conversion-focused.
You'll collaborate closely with the Organic Social team to ensure consistency in brand storytelling, while maintaining a clear performance-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-performing video and still content for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms).
* Develop multiple hook variations, messaging angles and creative iterations for testing.
* Translate performance data and creative insights into new concepts designed to improve CTR, thumb-stop rate, hold rate and conversion.
* Shoot native, UGC-style, testimonial, problem-solution, trend-led and product-focused content primarily on iPhone.
* Edit content quickly and efficiently to enable fast testing cycles and creative refresh.
* Work closely with the Creative Strategist to respond to performance learnings and scale winning concepts.
* Build out creative concepts aligned to key commercial moments, product launches and revenue-driving campaigns.
* Maintain a strong understanding of platform best practices and evolving paid content formats.
* Ensure all content remains on-brand while optimised for performance outcomes.
* Organise and manage creative assets for efficient use across campaigns.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience creating paid social content for a DTC or e-commerce brand.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR) and how creative impacts them.
* Highly skilled at shooting engaging, high-quality iPhone content.
* Advanced video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
* Deep knowledge of TikTok and Meta paid formats, hooks and storytelling structures.
* Ability to work at pace and iterate quickly based on performance feedback.
* Strong commercial awareness - understands how content drives revenue.
* Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
* Experience within jewellery, fashion or lifestyle brands is a bonus
