Your Role as a Care Professional
Your role will be as rewarding as it is varied. If you’re someone who’s passionate about helping others, you’ll find your purpose here. You will:
* Provide personalized care tailored to each customer’s needs.
* Promote independence and dignity in every aspect of daily life.
* Support with personal care, including showering, bathing, dressing, toileting, and continence.
* Offer companionship, emotional support, and comfort.
* Assist with household tasks and meal preparation.
* Help customers stay connected with their community by supporting them with appointments, social visits, and days out.
* Assist with medication management.
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine desire to help and care for others.
* Compassion, flexibility, and adaptability.
* Strong communication skills – you’ll be working as part of a team.
* The successful candidate but be available to work alternate weekends as a minimum requirement
* A full UK driving license and access to your own car.
* The right to work in the UK (UK Passport, UK Birth Certificate, Indefinite Leave, or UK Settlement Scheme).
* Satisfactory references.
