Are you a highly experienced HR leader with a a proven track record in driving significant organisational change? We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Transformational HR Director to join our organisation based in Newcastle on a fixed-term contract of 12-18 months.
The Role: Leading a Cultural and Organisational Shift
This is a pivotal, high-impact role where you will be tasked with modernising our people operations and embedding a high-performance culture across the entire organisation.
Day to day:
1. HR Strategy & Transformation: Design and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our ambitious commercial goals, focusing on cultural change, talent management, and organisational design.
2. Culture & Values: Lead initiatives to define, communicate, and embed a new set of organisational values that promote inclusion, professionalism, and excellence throughout the organisation.
