Senior Executive, Human Resources (FTC until June 2026)
Location: London (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £50k DOE
Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? Our client, a leading global hospitality company, is searching for a dedicated Senior HR Executive to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the HR operations for a portfolio of 6 hotels across Germany and Austria.
The role offers variety, including employee relations, payroll, HR administration, and recruitment. It’s ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
* Overseeing payroll in collaboration with an outsourced provider.
* Maintaining employee records and ensuring smooth operations of internal HR systems.
* Advising on disciplinary matters and spearheading learning and development initiatives.
* Providing guidance on employee relations across the business.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 3 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in both German and English (essential)
* Flexibility to travel to Germany bi-monthly.
* A formal HR qualification would you advantageous.
