About the Role
Weekly Hours: 35 hours per week on a rolling 3 week rolling rota. This role involves traveling across the borough to support and manage a caseload in individual home environments as well as within the staffed scheme. You will be expected to work 7 & 11 hour shifts on a rolling 12 week rota between the hours of 8am and 8pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
You will support residents to help them achieve their goals, develop independent living and life skills, and build excellent relationships with residents, colleagues and external agencies. A flexible and enthusiastic approach is essential while ensuring that the highest standard of service is provided at all times.
Qualifications
* Ability to use a range of IT Software Packages
* Experience working in a busy office environment
* Ability to calmly deal with emergency situations
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload, working unsupervised and using own initiative
* Ability to maintain accurate confidential records

Compensation & Benefits
In return we offer £24,479.00 for a 35 hour week, and 25 days annual leave (holidays also increase with time served) plus Bank Holidays.
