Offer description

Description Travel obsessed? Big tech fan? Hey, you’re in good company. If you want to be part of the industry that makes the world go round, then look no further. Travelport is the brains behind lots of your travel bookings- plane, car or hotel. Our technology is used to book that magical holiday, infamous bachelorette party or long overdue school reunion. While we can’t solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we’re looking for the best thinkers to help us do it. This is a newly created hybrid Senior TA Partner role, with approximately 80% focused on experienced hire recruitment and 20% on emerging talent. It isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about elevating TA to a strategic function with a true seat at the top table. We’re embracing innovation and AI to disrupt traditional approaches, drive efficiency, and enhance every stage of the TA lifecycle. We’re open about the fact that some of our systems, processes, and ways of working need fixing- we see this as an opportunity and not a blocker. If you’re passionate about shaping the future of talent, influencing at the highest level, and leveraging technology and data to deliver exceptional outcomes, read on! Your role in action: Experienced Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles (including Product & Tech, Commercial and Central Functions across multiple locations), plus executive-level positions. Early Career Programs: Own and evolve our UK emerging talent strategy. Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights, talent strategies, and consultative guidance. Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and execute innovative direct sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging multiple channels and networks. Our agency usage is super-low and we want to maintain that. Assessment & Selection: Design and implement robust, structured & consistent assessment processes to ensure high-quality hires. Hiring Manager capability: Build hiring capability through training, coaching, and ongoing advisor support to our hiring managers & teams. Data-Driven Decision Making & Influence: Utilize recruitment analytics to inform strategies, optimize processes, and influence stakeholders. Employer Branding: Collaborate on initiatives (social media campaigns, content creation, and digital engagement) to strengthen our employer brand. Innovation & AI: Explore and leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance all areas of the recruitment cycle. Could this be you? Proven experience as full-cycle Senior TA Partner recruiting Accounting/Finance/Technology, in a global environment. Experience running Emerging Talent programs. A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring recruitment processes are clear, structured, and respectful for all stakeholders. Strong ability to consult, partner and influence at all levels, including executive leadership. A critical thinker who is naturally curious, innovative, and proactive in finding new solutions. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Demonstrable experience enabling and upskilling hiring managers through training & guidance. Exceptional talent sourcing skills. Passion for employer branding and social media talent attraction. Comfort leveraging AI tools and technology in recruitment. What’s in it for you? Our benefits package includes: Competitive base salary, 25 days annual leave per annum, hybrid working model (2 days per week at our global HQ in Langley, Berkshire), pension contribution, private medical, life assurance and personal travel insurance and more! If this sounds like your kind of challenge, then we’d love to hear from you. Our application process is quick, easy, and hassle-free — apply in just a few minutes! We are an equal opportunities employer and will consider all qualified applicants purely on their skills and abilities. We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform crucial job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation, if needed.
