We would like to invite applications for the role of Associate Director, Customer Excellence.
Location: we are happy to consider candidates located in a commutable distance to our sites in Harlow or Ridings Point, as long as they are happy to be in Ridings Point (Castleford) site 2 days/week. We have a hybrid approach to home-working!
Overall Job Purpose
This role will use data and insight to help drive a clear mindset of customer centricity through acting as a strategic business partner to commercial teams. Working cross functionally, this role will serve as a customer experience advocate and ensure the development and implementation of customer excellence initiatives.
A Day in the Life of an Associate Director, Customer Excellence…
1. You will be partnering with the business to define key customer groups, aligned to product requirements and our overall commercial strategy, and will define our value proposition and strategic imperatives for those customers.
2. You will drive implementation of a local customer-centric mindset and approaches, through developing and driving key customer related initiatives, sharing best practice and thought leadership
3. You will implement appropriate governance for customer experience initiatives which are delivered across the business, including tracking performance against plans and measuring KPIs and benefits
4. You will take a leadership role in coordinating insight sharing between functional teams
5. You will provide thought leadership on best practice and highlight priority areas and risks related to our customers.

Do you have…?
9. Experience in stakeholder engagement, building collaborative and effective relationships
10. Experience in creating and delivering innovative solutions and driving a cycle of continuous improvement
11. Experience in a customer facing role, or a deep understanding of customer drivers and best practice customer experience
12. Ideally, knowledge/experience of the UK healthcare market
