About the role
As the Housing Officer, you will play a key role in delivering excellent housing services to our tenants. We are looking for a proactive and community-focused Housing Officer to join our dedicated team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be at the heart of our housing operations - supporting tenants, managing estates, tackling anti-social behaviour, and helping shape the future of our community.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality housing services including estate management, rent collection, and ASB casework.
* Engage with tenants regularly to identify and resolve issues early.
* Use digital systems (e.g. Omniledger) to record actions, monitor trends, and report performance.
* Support community engagement, events, and funding initiatives.
* Embrace change, promote service improvements, and collaborate across teams.
* Use modern technology to streamline processes and enhance tenant experience.
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 2-years experience in social housing at Officer level (or a similar customer-focused environment).
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
* Confident communicator with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
* Comfortable using IT systems and reporting tools.
* Passionate about community engagement and tenant wellbeing.
