Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading social housing contractor on a permanent contract based in Grimsby.
This role supports a well-established, high-value contract covering over 7,500 social housing properties across the Grimsby and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in the project management and delivery of a diverse range of services, including Repairs & Maintenance, Voids and Capital Works.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage social housing refurbishment projects from start to finish
* Plan and coordinate programmes, labour, materials and supply chain
* Manage contractors and direct labour teams
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
* Maintain strong client and supply chain relationships
* Monitor budgets, forecasts and project risks
* Provide regular progress updates
Requirements:
* Proven Project Management experience within social housing refurbishment
* Strong construction background (internal and/or external works)
* Excellent Health & Safety knowledge
* CSCS card, First Aid at Work & full UK driving licence
Package:
* £60k + (car allowance) + up to 10% bonus + benefits
* Flexible base salary for strong candidates
* Permanent role – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
