Our junior partnership offer makes ownership more accessible and manageable. Suitable pharmacists will have the opportunity to establish a partnership with our existing experienced owner. As a Junior Partner, you will have the opportunity to grow your equity in the business with the aim for full ownerships after a number of years based on performance.
Your success will be supported by a structured leadership and onboarding program, personalised training, and development, mentoring and support from the TWCM Support Team, and the experienced owner.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced pharmacist, Pharmacist-in-Charge or Pharmacist Manager looking for their next step, and a tree change to paradise.
The Role of Junior Managing Partner
The role you will play as Junior Managing Partner is extremely important. This includes but is not limited to:
* Motivating and driving the pharmacy team
* Maintaining your professional and statutory obligations
* Engaging with and providing advocacy for the TWC brand
* Aligning with the values and expectations of the pharmacy
* Building relationships in the community that extend beyond the pharmacy
* Dedicated to caring for our customer and community
