The Tutorial Foundation – Bromley | Specialist Day School (13–17)
The Tutorial Foundation is a small independent day school supporting autistic and ADHD young people. We provide a calm, relationship-led environment with small classes, predictable routines and a strong focus on wellbeing. We are now seeking an experienced, committed SENDCo to lead SEND provision across the school.
The Role
The SENDCo will oversee all aspects of SEND, including:
* EHCP management, reviews and statutory compliance
* Provision mapping and progress monitoring
* Coordinating external professionals and multi-agency support
* Advising and guiding staff on effective SEND practices
* Ensuring our low-arousal, trauma-informed ethos is embedded consistently
What We’re Looking For
* A knowledgeable and confident SEND practitioner
* NASENCo is essential
* Strong understanding of autism, ADHD and SEMH
* Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
* A calm, reflective and collaborative approach
