This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a newly established and evolving Transformation Team, playing a key role at the outset of the organisation’s change journey.
Project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, Agile PM, or equivalent).
3 years proven experience in a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst capacity.
Experience delivering projects involving process improvement, digital systems, and organisational change.
Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
Experience developing project documentation including plans, risk logs, reports, and business cases.
Experience mapping and redesigning complex business processes.
Experience applying structured project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, APM PMI or equivalent).
Strong working knowledge of change management methodologies.
