What’s on offer? * £48,000 per year * Rotating shifts * Mon – Fri | 5:30am – 2:25pm / 2:15pm – 11:10pm * Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate) * 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * 5% pension plan * Death in service (4 x annual salary) * Free breakfast * Health Cash Plan What will you be doing as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer? * Designing improvements in production processes to boost efficiency * Collaborating with teams to maintain quality & safety standards * Optimising operations to hit production targets * Investigating issues and identifying areas to improve * Supporting the introduction of new equipment and technology What do you need? * Level 3 NVQ or equivalent * Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) * Time served as an apprentice (desirable) This is your chance to grow with a company that values its team and offers long-term stability.
