Role Summary
As an Employee Relations Administrator, you will support the Employee Relations Team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Role Responsibilities
• Support with administrative ER tasks, for example, responding to emails, filing, letter writing, note taking.
• Support with reception cover at Head Office, welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls.
• Support the wider People Team with tasks, and cover where required.
• To attend meetings, briefings and ad-hoc working groups as appropriate, and contribute to the development of the HR function.
• To undertake any other duties, as may from time to time be required, commensurate with the level of the role.
• Align self to the company's social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times’
Skills and Experience
• A passion and interest in Human Resources and people-related issues.
• Experience of working within a retail environment or within a mobile workforce
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR systems (training provided).
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
