Who You Are You are an experienced and hands-on Construction Supervisor capable of supporting the delivery of planned maintenance projects across diverse public and commercial properties. You have strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure the compliance and effective delivery of projects on-site across North Yorkshire. What the Job Involves This role includes supervising multi-trade teams on-site, ensuring health and safety regulations are met, and overseeing timely and budget-conscious project deliveries. You will manage site documentation, resources, conduct Early Contractor Involvement meetings, and line manage operatives. Additionally, you will participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota. Skills Experience across multiple trades in property maintenance SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, First Aid at Work, CITB MAP H&S Test Strong leadership and communication skills Enhanced DBS (Children’s Barred List) required Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel in North Yorkshire
