Overview We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to take full ownership of the site’s Quality Management System. This is a key role ensuring that all products, processes, and materials — from goods-in to finished product — consistently meet the highest quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and continuously improve the site’s Quality Management System, policies, and procedures. * Ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22716, cGMP, and RSPO. * Maintain and update the Quality Manual and lead training initiatives to promote best practices across the site. * Ensure new product introductions meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. * Establish preventative quality processes to eliminate potential defects and improve first-time-right performance. * Conduct thorough internal audits, identify root causes, and drive timely corrective actions. * Perform supplier audits and work collaboratively to strengthen supplier quality. * Foster a strong culture of quality awareness and compliance across all departments. * Support continuous improvement and contribute to the long-term quality strategy for the organisation. About You * Experienced in managing and maintaining a Quality Management System. * Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail. * Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and see challenges as opportunities for improvement. * Confident using Microsoft Office and other quality management tools. Desirable Experience * Experience producing Product Information Files (PIFs) for cosmetic or personal care products. * Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes
