One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Administrative Assistant/Officer on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Hybrid working role were, however, you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week.
Main Duties:
* Possess excellent written and verbal skills
* Attention to detail, accuracy
* Ability to analyse and present information clearly
* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to deal with people tactfully and diplomatically
* Able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service
* Understand and respect the principles of confidentiality
