Our client is one of the UK's leading telecom providers, undergoing major digital transformation to modernise their Quote-to-Cash operations. With a growing customer base and complex product suite, they are placing Salesforce Revenue Cloud at the heart of their commercial and operational stack.
The Role
We're hiring a Head of Revenue Cloud to lead the Salesforce CPQ and Billing transformation. You'll own the roadmap, drive end-to-end delivery, and manage cross-functional teams working across CPQ, Billing, Order Management, and Subscription Management.
What You'll Do
* Define and deliver the Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud strategy
* Manage architecture and oversee project delivery
* Align Sales, Finance, and Ops through automated Q2C flows
* Lead internal and offshore teams to drive scalable solutions
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders on roadmap and execution
What You'll Bring
* 10+ years in Salesforce, with deep CPQ & Revenue Cloud experience
* Salesforce CPQ certified (Billing cert highly desirable)
* Strong background in the telecom or subscription-based sector
* Proven leadership on large-scale Quote-to-Cash programmes
* Experience managing mixed delivery models (internal + partner)
