Role Title: Autoclave Field Engineer
Job Description:
Help our customers maximise autoclave production through service, calibration, fault-finding, breakdown response, upgrades, and fit-out of new & refurbished autoclaves used in curing carbon fibre and composites. Our engineers help ensure F1 cars make it to the track for race weekends.
Report to:
Projects Director
Location:
Premier customer sites across the UK, with significant travel and overnight stays.
Package:
Over £50,000 OTE including profit share, overtime, company vehicle, training, pension, laptop, phone, and socials.

Candidate Requirements:
* Strong electrical engineering foundation
* Knowledge/experience with PLCs/HMIs (desirable)
* Experience with pneumatics, vacuum, hydraulics (desirable)
* Attention to detail and pride in work
* Independent and team-oriented
Main Activities:
* On-site maintenance and calibration of autoclaves and ovens
* Upgrades and installations of mechanical and electrical systems
* Breakdown attendance
* Reporting
* Customer liaison and recommendations
* Coordination with Projects Director and office staff
* Site surveys and system improvements
* Collaborative problem-solving
* Workshop assembly work
